Cosylab statement of commitment to the community

Cosylab is hosting CAJ open-source project under the following terms:

1. Cosylab provides access to the source code and documentation under the terms of GPL license.
2. Cosylab will include reasonable changes from the community for free of charge, if this requires only a quick check and build of the next release.
3. Development that bring major change in functionality, design or may influence stability must get community approval before they are included under the terms of point 2.
4. Development that is not in general interest of the community may be included as an extension, configuration option, or extension point can be provided under the previous terms.
