100% pure Java implementation of the EPICS Channel Access library. 

Changes in this version include:

  Fixed bugs:

o On Linux (and possibly others platforms) it can happen that when connection 
  is lost, CPU goes 100%. Fixed. Also reconnection was fixed. 
o Large arrays of data send/write fix/improvements. 

  Changes:

o Minor performance/memory improvements.
